Four Notorious Herbalists Nabbed With Pots Of HUMAN BLOODS… 5 HUMAN BODIES And HEADS
Four notorious witch doctors have been arrested over alleged ritual killing in Nagalama, Uganda.
The witch doctors were arrested after a disappearance report was filed at Nagalama Police Station, by relatives of one Mirembe Zuraika. Confirming the arrest of the suspects, DPC Nagalama ASP. Jesca Naawe disclosed that after the disappearance report was filed, the police were told that Mirembe Zuraika had been last communicated of her appointment with one Owen Sebuyungo a 24-year-old witch doctor.
In his statement, Sebuyungo who disclosed that he contacted his spiritual consultant a renowned witch doctor Mohammed Wamala alias Bob, who enticed him into murdering the victim, stated that Mirembe visited his shrine for help since she had been possessed by spirits (empewo).
According to him, he killed the deceased after he was told that he would amasse huge riches and double his wealth if he cut off the head of a female being. Investigation into the murder incident, led to the arrest of a syndicate of witch doctors that had participated in the heinous act.
Upon questioning, they confessed to having welcomed Mirembe at the shrine, waited for dawn, murdered her by cutting off and buried her head in the shrine. They also led the police to the shrine where she had been buried. Shockingly five bodies buried in a rather disturbing positions were exhumed.
While a number of items which include spears and pots filled with fresh blood suspected to be human blood were recovered, one of the suspects, Wamala Muhammed told police he had ferried over eight females from his home in Ganda Nansana, murdered and buried them at this shrine located in Ntunda Kayunga.
The four suspects identified as Junior Kibuuka, Fred Kiiza Semanda, Wamala Muhammed and Owen Sebuyungo are currently detained at Nagalama Police Station as investigations are ongoing. It was further gathered that blood samples have been picked and taken to Government Analytical Laboratory (GAL), while the recovered bodies that had decomposed beyond recognition have been taken to Mulago hospital for DNA test so that the relatives can identify them.
